SB 1916: Standards of Conduct [GPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Standards of Conduct [GPSC]; Revises provisions prohibiting doing business with one's agency. Expands the list of entities with which a public officer or employee may not have a conflicting employment or contractual relationship and expands the prohibition to include certain association or affiliation. Prohibits a member of the Legislature from representing persons or entities before certain governing or legislative bodies or agencies, etc.
