GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Campaign Finance [GPSC]; Prohibits a local government, or a person acting on behalf of a local government, from making a specific appropriation or designated expenditure of moneys under the jurisdiction or control of the local government. Prohibits certain persons or groups from accepting such moneys for the purpose of certain political advertisements. Deletes an exception for certain electioneering communications, etc.
