Retirement/Special Risk Class/Qualifying Injury [WPSC]; Cites this act as the "Adam Pierce Act." Revise the definition of "special risk member" to include certain members suffering a qualifying injury. Provides eligibility requirements for membership in the Special Risk Class for certain members suffering a qualifying injury. Provides medical certification requirements. Provides a definition. Prohibits the grant or creation of additional rights. Provides retroactive effect, etc.
