SB 1950: Tax on Transient Accommodations [WPSC]

Tax on Transient Accommodations [WPSC]; Defines terms for the purpose of specifying how the tax on transient accommodations is calculated. Requires a person who operates transient accommodations to collect and pay the tax on transient accommodations to the DOR. Requires a person who operates transient accommodations to separately state the taxes charged on the transient accommodations on a receipt. Declares that the act is clarifying and remedial in nature, etc.
