GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sobel
Health Care [SPSC]; Establishes the Office of Public Health Nutrition within the DOH. Repeals various provisions relating to the comprehensive nutrition program, the promotion of healthy lifestyles, the Healthy Communities, Healthy People Act, the Health Communities, Healthy People Program, the Cervical Cancer Elimination Task Force, and community intervention programs. Provides for community-level programs for the prevention of chronic diseases, etc.
