GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Negron

Department of Law Enforcement [SPSC]; Requires certain reports to be submitted in an automated format. Revises provisions relating to the Criminal Justice Information Program under the Department of Law Enforcement. Requires the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission to adopt rules relating to the maintenance of officers who engage in those specialized areas found to present a high risk of harm to the officer or the public at large, etc.
