Jamming of Electronic Speed-measuring Devices [CPSC]; Prohibits a vehicle from being equipped with any device that is designed for, or is capable of, jamming, scrambling, disabling, or otherwise interfering with a radar, laser, or any other electronic device used by a law enforcement agency to measure the speed of a moving vehicle. Authorizes a law enforcement officer to seize such a jamming device, etc.
