GENERAL BILL by Aronberg
Rural Infrastructure Fund [CPSC]; Revises provisions relating to rural infrastructure projects. Revises the percentage of total infrastructure project costs for which the OTTED may award grants. Authorizes the OTTED to award grants for a certain percentage of total infrastructure project costs for certain rural areas of critical economic concern. Requires that funds from the purchase of certain lands by the state or a state agency be appropriated to said fund.
