Arbitration Agreements/Medical Negligence Claims [SPSC]; Provides that arbitration agreements written in conformity with the Florida Arbitration Code are consistent with the public policy of this state. Prohibits an arbitration agreement from restricting or abolishing any substantive or due process right or restricting in any way damages or remedies available to a patient or nursing home resident, etc.
