SB 2080: Water Conservation [EPSC]

Water Conservation [EPSC]; Revises the components for a comprehensive statewide water conservation program. Specifies that the program includes the creation of a Conserve Florida Clearinghouse and a Conserve Florida Clearinghouse Guide by the DEP. Requires a public water supply utility that develops a goal-based water conservation plan to submit the plan to the appropriate WMD for approval. Provides standards for approval, etc.
