GENERAL BILL by Adams
Juvenile Justice; Authorizes conditions of preadjudicatory release for certain children; permits child to be taken into custody for violations of preadjudicatory release conditions; provides that child taken into custody for violation of preadjudicatory release conditions must appear before judge within 24 hours; provides that detention care under specified provision does not require risk assessment, etc.
