PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Gardiner
Public Records/DCFS/Foster Parents and Families [SPSC]; Expands a public records exemption relating to licensed foster parents and their families to include records held by all agencies in addition to the DCFS. Provides for future review and repeal of the exemption under the OGSR Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
