GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Fasano
Tax On Sales, Use, and Other Transactions [WPSC]; Deletes a requirement that a specified penalty is mandatory and may not be waived by the DOR. Deletes authorization to return certain aircraft to the state for repairs without liability for taxes and penalties under certain circumstances. Exempts from the use tax aircraft that are owned by nonresidents and that enter and remain in the state for certain purposes under certain circumstances.
