SB 2242: Foreclosure

GENERAL BILL by Judiciary

Foreclosure; Requires that during foreclosure proceedings a landlord continue to hold money deposited or advanced by a tenant in a specified manner. Requires a landlord to disclose the existence of foreclosure proceedings to a prospective tenant. Exempts an agent of a landlord from liability for failing to notify prospective tenants of foreclosure proceedings under certain circumstances, etc.
