GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Thrasher

Charter Schools [SPSC]; Revises requirements for providing financial statements to the sponsor of a charter school. Authorizes a governing body to oversee multiple charter schools. Provides requirements for designation as a high-performing charter school. Authorizes such a charter school to increase enrollment and receive capital outlay funds. Provides for the establishment of charter virtual schools, etc.
