Governmental Retirement Systems [WPSC]; Clarifies that specified provisions, relating to the actuarial soundness of retirement systems, applies to all public employee retirement systems. Clarifies that the assets of a local retirement system may be invested like other public moneys available for investment by the State Board of Administration.
