Judiciary [SPSC]; Repeals specified provisions relating to regular terms of the Supreme Court, compensation of the marshal, census commissions for the judicial circuits, and terms of the circuit courts. Repeals specified provisions relating to requiring a judge to attend the first day of each term of the circuit court and calling all cases on the docket at the end of each term, etc.
