Programs to Assist Victims of Violence; Requires that additional or increased court cost or surcharge be assessed against defendant who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is found guilty of, regardless of adjudication, certain specified criminal offenses; provides for proceeds of additional or increased court cost or surcharge to be deposited into Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund or Domestic Violence Trust Fund.
