SB 2312: Public School Academy Programs [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Public School Academy Programs [SPSC]; Provides that public school choice options include academy programs in the school district. Deletes reference to the Opportunity Scholarship Program. Requires the DOE to develop a plan for the establishment of academy programs in public schools. Authorizes academy programs to participate in the Florida School Recognition Program, etc.
