SB 2334: Dependency Procedures [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Dependency Procedures [SPSC]; Prohibits a child from being taken into custody unless there is an immediate threat to the health or safety of the child or pursuant to a court order that is based on certain findings. Provides for a trial on the issue of terminating parental rights. Requires that the report and recommendations of a citizen review panel be attached to a written order relating to a termination of parental rights, etc.
