CS/CS/CS/SB 2362: Transportation [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Transportation ; Gardiner

Transportation [CPSC]; Includes counties within a regional transportation or transit authority with those counties that are authorized to levy a discretionary sales surtax for transportation systems under certain conditions. Provides that the county commission may apply the proceeds from the transportation system surtax to the planning, development, construction, operation, and maintenance of on-demand transportation services, etc.
