GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Procuring a Person for Prostitution [SPSC]; Provides that a person who is 18 years of age or older commits a felony of the first degree if the victim of such offense is 16 years of age or younger and is 5 or more years younger than the person committing the violation. Provides criminal penalties, etc.
