Resident Status for Tuition Purposes [SPSC]; Revises residency requirements for certain dependent children. Revises requirements relating to proof of employment in the state. Provides for classification as residents for tuition purposes of certain individuals who have attended a Florida public high school and individuals who receive certain tuition exemptions or waivers, etc.
