GENERAL BILL by Baker
Private Investigative/Security/Repossession Svcs. [EPSC]; Creates the Board of Investigation, Security, and Recovery within the DOACS. Provides for members of the board to be appointed by the Commissioner of Agriculture. Provides for the transfer of functions from the DOACS to the board. Provides for annual budget requests. Provides for an annual report to the Governor and Legislature. Deletes provisions relating to the Private Investigation, Recovery, and Security Advisory Council, etc.
