GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Renewable Energy [EPSC]; Requires each electric utility in the state to collect from each residential, commercial, and industrial customer a designated monthly systems charge. Requires the electric utilities to deposit collected funds into the Sustainable and Renewable Energy Policy Trust Fund. Creates a direct-support organization for the Florida Energy Office. Revises the expiration date for the Solar Energy System Incentives Program, etc.
