Amusement Arcades [CPSC]; Provides for the regulation and licensing of amusement arcades by the DOACS. Provides qualifications and for the issuance of licenses. Prohibits local governments from issuing local licenses or permits to unlicensed persons. Prohibits certain acts and provides penalties for violations. Provides for a gross receipts tax. Provides recordkeeping requirements. Prohibits certain activities by licensees, etc.
