SB 2430: Public Deposits/Security [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Smith

Public Deposits/Security [CPSC]; Provides additional parameters for determining pledging levels for each qualified public depository. Provides a procedure by which a qualified public depository may become an electing public depository. Provides that such a depository may terminate its election upon written notice to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Authorizes the CFO to deny such revocation upon consideration of specified factors, etc.
