Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions [WPSC]; Provides definitions relating to the tourist development tax. Revises requirements for charging, collecting, and remitting the transient rentals tax and the convention development tax. Provides requirements for separate statement of the tax on rental documents. Authorizes the DOR to compensate county governments for providing certain information to the department. Specifies a payment amount, etc.
