SB 2456: Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact [CPSC]

Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact [CPSC]; Creates the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission. Provides responsibilities of the commission. Specifies the commission as an instrumentality of the compact states. Provides for venue. Specifies the powers of the commission. Provides for organization of the commission. Provides for membership, voting, and bylaws. Designates the Commissioner of the OIR as the representative of Florida on the commission, etc.
