SB 2490: Department of Children and Family Services [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Storms

Department of Children and Family Services [SPSC]; Authorizes the department to establish circuits and regions headed by circuit administrators and regional directors. Changes the name of the department to the "Department of Children and Families." Deletes provisions relating to the program directors for mental health and substance abuse, the service districts, child protection workers, the membership of community alliances, and the prototype region, etc.
