GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Hospital-based Physicians [SPSC]; Prohibits a licensed facility from employing a hospital-based physician or group of hospital-based physicians or entering into a contract with such physicians unless those physicians are under contract with each health insurer that has contracted with the licensed facility to provide medical services, etc.
