Evidence of Crimes [SPSC]; Provides that governmental entities are required to maintain physical evidence for potential DNA testing only for serious crimes. Provides that only the portion of a piece of evidence that is likely to contain biological evidence must be retained and other portions of that piece of evidence may be disposed of when the physical evidence is of such a size, bulk, or physical character as to render retention impracticable, etc.
