GENERAL BILL by Joyner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson
Civil Citations/Minor's Nonjudicial Arrest Record [SPSC]; Requires the expungement of the nonjudicial arrest record of a minor who successfully completes a civil citation program. Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to expunge the nonjudicial record of the arrest of a minor who successfully completes a civil citation program. Sets forth the conditions that apply in order for the department to expunge the record. Authorizes the department to charge a processing fee.
