GENERAL BILL by Crist
Smoking In Vehicles/Minor Passengers [CPSC]; Provides for enhanced penalties for any moving or nonmoving violation committed by a person driving or in control of a motor vehicle while a person in the vehicle is smoking when a minor is in the vehicle, regardless of whether the vehicle is in operation or parked. Provides that enforcement must only be a secondary action when the driver of the motor vehicle has been detained for another violation of specified provisions, etc.
