CS/CS/SB 2606: Space Florida [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Commerce ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Space Florida [CPSC]; Revises provisions governing the board of directors of Space Florida. Terminates the existing board and replaces it with a new board meeting the requirements of the act. Provides for appointment of certain voting members by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the Senate. Requires members to file disclosure of financial interests. Repeals a specified provision relating to the board of directors of Space Florida, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
