GENERAL BILL by Ring
Telecommunications Companies [EPSC]; Repeals specified provisions relating to rates, tolls, contracts, charges, rules, regulations, performance of service, and maintenance of telecommunications facilities. Deletes a schedule for implementation of price regulation. Conforms provisions to changes made by the act, etc.
