GENERAL BILL by Altman
Water Resource Protection [EPSC]; Directs counties and municipalities, in cooperation with water management districts, to conduct an evaluation of primary water resources. Authorizes counties and municipalities to use funds collected for water and sewage utility usage to help finance the protection of such resources. Authorizes water management districts to expend funds received from counties and municipalities to protect water resources, etc.
