Aquatic Preserves [EPSC]; Revises provisions relating to the boundaries of aquatic preserves. Declares described state-owned submerged lands in specified counties as aquatic preserves. Creates the Nature Coast Aquatic Preserve. Describes the boundaries thereof. Clarifies an exemption from such dedication for certain lands.
