Pinellas Park WMD Authority/Pinellas County; Reduces the ad valorem millage cap, subject to a referendum. Specifies that the authority is housed within the City of Pinellas Park for administrative purposes. Increases and revises membership of the authority. Increases the term for each member. Deletes provisions requiring a secretary and treasurer to be elected and the treasurer to post a surety bond. Deletes other provisions to conform to changes made by the act, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
