City of Parkland/Broward County; Extends and enlarges the corporate limits of the City of Parkland to include specified unincorporated lands within such corporate limits. Provides for an effective date of annexation. Provides for governance of the annexed area. Provides for the transfer of public roads and rights-of-way. Provides applicability to candidacies for municipal office. Provides for preservation of existing contracts.
