PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Jones

Pub. Rec./Public Defenders/Regional Counsel [SPSC]; Creates a public records exemption for specified personal information of current and former public defenders and criminal conflict and civil regional counsel, as well as their spouses and children. Provides for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
