GENERAL BILL by Baker

Public Transportation Operators/Text Messaging [CPSC]; Prohibits railroad engineers or operators of school buses or other public transportation vehicles from writing or sending text messages on electronic communications devices while operating a public transportation vehicle. Provides a penalty.
