Programs to Prevent Violence [SPSC]; Requires that an additional or increased court cost or surcharge be assessed against a defendant who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is found guilty of, regardless of adjudication, certain specified criminal offenses. Provides for proceeds of the additional court cost or surcharge to be deposited into the Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund or the Domestic Violence Trust Fund, etc.
