Immigration; Requires Lottery Department to verify citizenship or legal presence of certain prize winners; prohibits local ordinances relating to illegal aliens; requires public employer verification of work status of new hires; requires driver's license applicants to show proof of citizenship or lawful presence; requires verification of lawful presence of certain public benefit applicants, etc.
