GENERAL BILL by Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Thrasher

Immigration [CPSC]; Requires the DOL to verify the citizenship or legal presence in the United States of certain prize winners. Prohibits counties and municipalities from adopting ordinances relating to persons illegally present in the United States. Requires the FDLE to establish a memorandum of understanding with the federal Department of Homeland Security regarding illegal aliens who are confined in county detention facilities, etc.

Effective Date: 07/1/2010 except as otherwise provided
