GENERAL BILL by Justice
Political Contributions and Expenditures [GPSC]; Deletes a requirement that committees of continuous existence report information relating to contributions by corporations. Deletes a requirement that the campaign treasurer for a candidate or a political committee report information relating to contributions by corporations. Authorizes criminal penalties and fines for making or accepting or aiding or abetting prohibited contributions or expenditures, etc.
