SB 510: Construction Contracts [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Construction Contracts [CPSC]; Requires a contractor to provide an owner with a statement of an Owner's Rights and Responsibilities Under Florida's Construction Lien Law. Requires that a signed copy of the statement be filed with the building permit application. Specifies the form and content of the notice. Deletes the requirement that the permit authority provide the applicant with a printed statement relating to construction lien law, etc.
