Sales Tax Exemption/Clothing/School Supplies [WPSC]; Specifies a period during which the sale of clothing and school supplies are exempt from the tax on sales, use, and other transactions. Provides definitions and exceptions. Authorizes the Department of Revenue to adopt emergency rules. APPROPRIATION: $250,304.
