SB 516: Prescription Drugs Insurance Coverage [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Prescription Drugs Insurance Coverage [CPSC]; Prohibits health insurance policies or contracts for a health care service plan from limiting, reducing, or denying coverage for a prescription drug under certain circumstances. Provides that a change to any health insurance policy or contract for a health care service plan is effective upon the renewal of the policy or contract. Requires the insurer to communicate the change and its effective date to the insured, etc.
