Brownfield Development [EPSC]; Provides requirements for claiming certain site rehabilitation costs in an application for a contaminated site rehabilitation tax credit. Specifies additional requirements for the DEP in its annual report to the Legislature regarding site rehabilitation. Specifies criteria for prioritizing certain brownfield site projects that eliminate public health hazards.
